The bundle includes 1o worksheets covering different topics related to all future tenses. There’s more emphasis on Future Simple, but the worksheets get more difficult and all future tenses are covered. The first couple of sheets are ideal for Grade 1 students, and others getting progressively more difficult, but of course it depends on the level of your students.

In addition, the bundle also includes 20 flashcards with 20 of the main irregular verbs, with prompts to practice forming each future tense. THere’s also a brief run down of how to form each verb tense and when to use them.

The Worksheets

Worksheet 1: Future Simple – A basic start to work out the future simple tense. A gap fill with the full verb in parenthesis, your students will have to work out how to write it in the future simple.

Worksheet 2: Future Simple Positive and Negative – A worksheet to practice forming many of the most commonly used verbs the future simple in both positive and negative.

Worksheet 3: Future Simple Work Out The Verb – In this Future Simple Worksheet, your students will have to choose one of the verbs from the word bank, and write it in in either positive or negative.

Worksheet 4: Write Negative Sentences – Another Future Simple worksheet, but this one your students will be given most words in the sentence and have to work out how to write the full sentence in negative form.

Worksheet 5: A Future Tenses Crossword – A 12 clue crossword and each answer will be the verb conjugation for future simple, continuous or perfect.

Worksheet 6: Future Continuous Work Out The Verb – In this future continuous worksheet, your students will have to work out the correct conjugation for the base verb in the parenthesis, and write it in in either positive or negative form.

Worksheet 7: Future Simple or Future Continuous – Here your students will have to determine whether the gap fill should be written in either future simple or future continuous.

Worksheet 8: Future Perfect Work Out The Verb – In this future perfect worksheet, your students will have to work out the correct conjugation for the base verb in the parenthesis, and write it in in either positive or negative form.

Worksheet 9: Future Perfect or Future Continuous – Here your students will have to determine whether the gap fill should be written in either future perfect or future continuous.

Worksheet 10: What will John be doing? – In this worksheet your students are given John’s diary for the following week, and will have to answer the questions relating to what John will be doing. Your students should be epxected to write the answer in the same tense as the question and in a full sentence.

Flashcards: 20 of the most commonly used irregular verbs with prompts of using them in each of the 4 fuiture tenses. It’s a great way to practice speaking them. If you have access to a laminator, it will be a good idea to laminate them and use them over and over.
